Amazon Customer Care Manager
DESCRIPTION
Job summary As the Senior Manager for Content Strategy, you will define and drive the strategy for Amazon Consumer Customer Support (CS) content, developing a clear vision of a future state and guiding the Content team, partners, and stakeholders in working backwards to reach it. This will require a deep understanding of how to create content experiences that delight customers and deliver tangible business benefits. You will influence the roadmap and vision of other teams, such as search, publishing tools, and user interface design.
The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable driving changes that are future-focused and disruptive, negotiating with key business and technology partners throughout the world and across verticals to gain alignment. They will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex and challenging ideas to technical, business, and executive stakeholders. They will have a demonstrated ability to back up ideas with data, make recommendations, and develop business cases. They will also inspire the members of the Content organization and ensure they have the tools and knowledge they need to execute on strategies.
